Position Description


We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven sales leader to perform in the role of a Primary Care Sales Manager covering South Florida. This high profile position will be responsible for expanding a large region by directing the business activities of 14 outside sales representatives, cultivating a system of proactive sales and service delivery, developing strategic account plans, establishing and monitoring sales goals, and developing close administrative relationships with key accounts.

Location: Remote based position South-East Florida.

Minimum Requirements


The successful candidate in this position will have the following:

• 5+ years experience in training, managing and further developing a tenured sales force in a developed region

• 5+ years of strong outside sales experience

• Must have experience in the Medical (Disposables) Distribution industry

• Demonstrated experience in the ability to penetrate established accounts, to build market volume and improve profitability along with experience in managing and further developing and further developing a new sales force in a developed market area.

Education


4 year degree in business or related experience preferred
