EP’s Human Resources department is currently seeking a temporary Recruiting Intern. This is a three month, temporary position.
The Recruiting Intern will support the recruiting function with administrative and project duties.
Essential functions include:
• Assist with Employee Referral Bonus program which includes processing referrals, communicating with candidates and employees regarding status, submitting for payout.
• Assist with posting jobs in Peoplefluent, EP’s applicant tracking system, and other job sites including Craigslist, DETMA and college sites. Track on spreadsheet. Monitor postings on job boards. Research new posting sites.
• Assist with reviewing job descriptions and writing job postings.
• Schedule phone screens and interviews for Recruiters, as needed.
• Assist with new hire paperwork, including sending to new hires, collecting, tracking down missing forms, and filing.
• Add information to Recruiting pages on Intranet using SharePoint.
• Represent EBSCO Publishing at Career Fairs.
• Enter test scores into Peoplefluent.
• Check references.
• Recruiting analysis and reporting.
• Assist with Immigration paperwork.
• Special projects as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors candidate
• At least 6 months experience with Microsoft Office.
Preferred Skills:
• SharePoint experience
• Previous experience working in Marketing or HR department
• Previous analysis or reporting experience
• Must be able to respect confidentiality.
• Must be highly detail oriented, organized and able to multi-task.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be a team player and have a positive attitude.
• Must have the ability to support the entire HR function with ongoing projects and tasks.
• Track and report weekly activity and prioritize the flow of work.
