Qualified candidates should have 1-2 years of experience preparing immigrant and nonimmigrant visas (i.e., H, L, TN, O, J visas, adjustment of status, consular processing, advance parole, employment authorization documents, PERM etc). Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience is required. The ideal candidate must be very organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently. Must possess excellent computer skills as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.
