Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the overall success of the branch operations to increase sales and profitability while ensuring excellent customer service.
- Assess local market conditions, identify current and prospective sales opportunities and develop financial objectives for the branch.
- Drive sales effort with continual face-to-face meetings with businesses in the branch territory.
- Assist in the creation of strategic plans and budgets.
- Management of branch’s P&L and collections.
- Concentrate the majority of efforts in performing outside sales calls.
- Network within the local community to build business and visibility.
- Identify and resolve risk management issues and perform job site safety reviews.
- Develop, implement, and maintain loss and fraud control procedures.
- Negotiate and establish clients’ billable hour rate per temporary employee based on established credit department parameters.
- Oversee and assist with the day to day operations of the branch, including recruitment, hiring and placement of temporary employees.
- Supervise branch support staff, including coaching and developing individual talents and helping them to meet their professional goals.
- Ensure compliance with EEO, immigration, OSHA, wage and hour and all other federal and state laws.
- Coordinates with the corporate office and its respective departments to achieve branch objectives.

Eligibility Requirements
- 4 year college degree or equivalent course work.
- 3 years prior work experience, including a proven track record of success. Management experience preferred.
- Experience in building business, including territory management, sales and customer service.
- Unsurpassed professionalism and the ability to communicate with clients and at all levels of the organization.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills and the ability to lead others in a challenging performance-driven environment, while maintaining unquestionable integrity.
- Willing to work flexible and extended hours, including Saturdays and holidays as required.
- A genuine desire to gain experience and meet training/performance goals in order to qualify for the company’s upward mobility career track.
- Bi - Lingual Preferred
Compensation & Reporting
- Exempt position with a base salary plus a bonus, which is based on the productivity and profitability of the branch.
- Reports directly to the District Manager and the Regional Manager.
