Robert Half Legal seeks a bilingual English and Japanese (written and spoken) Paralegal with 5 years minimum experience, preferably immigration experience. Salary commensurate with experience. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, have good organizational and communication skills.

Preparation and filing for green card, I-140 and I-485
Preparation of documents, company letters of support without assistance of attorneys.
Request for evidence rebuttal, without assistance of attorneys.
E-1 and E-2 company registration and communicating updates with US Embassy, Tokyo and US Consulate General at Osaka/Kobe.
DS-160 online form.
Form preparation using immigration software.
Be able to provide recommendations of visa strategies and options to clients.
File cases with USCIS and US Embassy, Tokyo/Osaka.
Be able to perform research concerning immigration-related matters requested by clients and partners of the firm.
Prepare memos or email correspondences in Japanese or English based upon research findings.
